Flora

We ensure full environmental compensation by offsetting 100% of the Plant’s surface area on external land at a rate of 500 EUR/ha each year. Soil fertility is enhanced through the addition of organic matter in the central stream, while ecological regeneration measures are applied to restore areas that are particularly damaged or degraded in Marota's stream.

Fauna

We implement comprehensive biodiversity measures focused on bird conservation, including correcting dangerous power lines, GPS monitoring of imperial eagles, habitat improvements such as rabbit release, riparian forest restoration, reforestation, and planting of nesting trees like poplar, ash, and elm. Additional actions include hydroseeding, rehabilitation of irrigation ponds, scientific monitoring, and dissemination programs, as well as hacking and reinforcement of populations. For lesser kestrels, we establish breeding colonies through hacking in primillars, create new nesting sites, and encourage crop cultivation around them. Steppe birds benefit from the establishment of dryland farming areas. Amphibians and reptiles are supported through the creation of three temporary ponds in El Paraje de la Dehesilla and a hydrological study of the Masegoso creek to assess the development of a lagoon network.
