Nexwell Power Energizes 6MW of its Palma del Condado Plant
The project has created 40 jobs at the peak of the construction phase and will avoid the emissions of more than 5,200 metric tons of CO2 on its first year of operation

Nexwell Power has successfully energized its 6MWp solar power project in Palma del Condado, Spain, a new important milestone in the company's Iberia Solar II portfolio of 46 MWp across the regions of Extremadura and Andalusia.
The new plant is expected to prevent more than 5,200 metric tons of CO2 emissions in its first full year of operation, aligned to the Group´s level goal of reducing over 1 billion tons of CO2 emissions globally within the next decade.
The construction phase of the Palma del Condado project has created 40 jobs at its peak and the energy produced by the plant is expected to meet the needs of over 3,700 households.
In addition, as part of its social commitment, the company has financed training in the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants for 25 people through the Nexwell Power Social Fund in collaboration with the Red Cross Employment Plan in Andalusia.
