Nexwell Power Energizes 6MW of its Guarroman Plant

The generation of clean electricity produced by the plant will avoid the emission of 5,600 tons of CO2 on its first year of operation

Nexwell Power announces the energization of its Guarromán (6,63MWp) solar Project located in the region of Jaén, Andalucía.

This is the last plant to be energized of its Iberia Solar II portfolio, consisting of seven projects with a total capacity of 46MW(p) located in Extremadura and Andalusia.

The plant will produce electricity to serve the needs of more than 4,000 households and is foreseen to prevent over 5,600 metric tons of CO2 emissions in its first year of operation alone.  

The company has also invested to favor biodiversity with 3 nest boxes, a permiter of eight different bushes species like rosemary, thyme or blackberry and the plantation of seeds of poplars and ashes trees.
